RETURN POLICY
ARTWORK:
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds on artwork. All personalized and/or customized items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless the error was made by us.
BOOKS:
We do not accept returns or offer refunds on book products. Exchanges are offered if our product arrives damaged upon receipt. If our product is damaged during shipping, you may request a same-item exchange within 7 days of receipt.
Before initiating a product exchange, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it and in its original packaging. To start a request for exchange, contact us via e-mail. Proof of purchase the item was ordered on our website is required along with at least two photos of the damage(s).
We will assess the situation and if your exchange is accepted, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us in its original packaging. Once we receive the damaged product, we will promptly ship the replacement item to you.
DAMAGE
We do our best to ship our items safely and securely to avoid damages, but sometimes unforeseen events do happen! Please inspect your item upon receipt and contact us within 7 days of receipt if the item is damaged, defective, or you have received the incorrect item. We will assess the situation and try to make it right!
EXCHANGES
We only offer same-item exchanges for damaged or defective items as a result of shipping & handling.
REFUNDS
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds.
